Windows Server is a Microsoft Windows application allowing user to run transputer/i860/Alpha bootable files directly from Windows environment.
Windows Server can load and serve parallel applications created with Inmos 2nd generation ANSI C and occam2 Toolsets (*.btl), 3L Parallel C/C++/Fortran/Pascal (*.b4), Logical Systems Workbench (*.tld), PACT Parallel C (*.run), Portland C for i860 and WindRiver VxWorks (for DEC Alpha AXP).
Both 16-bit and 32-bit versions available. Windows Server Package 95 (32-bit) has a couple of advanced features and works under Windows 95 and Windows NT using direct port access, virtual device driver (under Windows 95) or kernel-mode driver (under Windows NT). Windows library is a complete set of libraries, include files, examples and documentation for creating transputer programs with MS Windows interface.
Libraries available for INMOS ANSI C Toolset, INMOS i860 Toolset, 3L Parallel C/C++, Logical Systems C Workbench, Portland C for i860 and VxWorks.

 Windows Server Package 95 Lite (for Windows 95 and NT, 21/02/96, 912578 bytes) - the 'lite' version of Windows Server Package 95. Has a couple of limitations in comparison with the full version.

Windows Server Package 95 Lite (for Windows 3.1 with Win32s, 21/02/96, 854194 bytes) - the same package as above, but designed to run under Windows 3.1 (doesn't use Windows Registry).

Patches and Updates |

Important! All patches affecting the same file are cumulative. So, if you have more than one patch for some program, you need to apply them in the same sequence as they appear here.

Windows Server Package 4.0 patch 1 (13/02/96, 77953 bytes) - a patch for Windows Server 4.0 correcting SetTextColor function. Unzip this file, put it into your WSP directory (where wserver.exe is located) and run.
|

Windows Server Package 4.0 patch 2 (19/02/96, 28344 bytes) - a patch for Windows Server 4.0 correcting ExecFileDialog function. The same operation as above.

Windows Server Package 95 (Lite) patch 1 (25/03/96, 28402 bytes) - a patch for Windows Server 95 (Lite) correcting WM_COMMAND message processing. Unzip this file, put it into the directory where wlib.dll is located, and run.
