September 13: Garfinkel, the Constitution

• GAO report says the US government is very poor at information security.

• Start (& finish) our September 6 discussion about Garfinkel's first 5 chapters.
• The US Constitution (1787) and Bill of Rights (1789). The Bill of Rights is also known as the first 10 ammendments to the US Constitution. These are separate documents than the Declaration of Independence (1776). These are all online at http://www.ibiblio.org/pub/docs/books/gutenberg/etext90/
