System requirements
-------------------

- Pentium or higher CPU
- 8 megabytes RAM
- Windows 95, Windows 98 or Windows NT operating system
- less than 1 megabyte of space on hard disk
- MS Office 97 or Office 2000 (to use "VBA backdoor" feature)


Overview
--------

This program (Advanced VBA Password Recovery PRO, or simply
AVPRP) can be used to recover lost or forgotten passwords to
view and edit Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) projects
source code in Microsoft Office 97 and Office 2000 documents.
In addition, it can unlock protected Excel add-ins. Currently
supported:

Microsoft Word 97
Microsoft Excel 97
Microsoft PowerPoint 97
Microsoft Project 98
Microsoft Word 2000
Microsoft Excel 2000
Microsoft Project 2000
Visio 4
Visio 5

In addition, it can open the documents (with VBA projects) via
the "backdoor", so any password will work. That method is
applicable to all VBE-featured documents, including Access 2000,
Visio 2000, FrontPage 2000 etc.


Registration
------------

Unregistered (trial version) has some limitations: it can recover
only short passwords (3 characters or less) for Office 97
documents, doesn't unlock protected Excel add-ins, and doesn't work
with Office 2000 documents. Also, in the trial veresion the
"Backdoor" feature works under both Office 97 and Office 2000, but
for Word 97 and Excel 97 documents only.

After you register (look at "order.txt" for details), we'll
send you your personal registration code. To enter it into the
program, just press the "Register" button on the main screen;
the program will display the small window dialog asking you to
enter the code. If the code is correct, AVPRP shows the message
that it is registered now, and all limitations will be eliminated.

Please note that your registration will be valid for all future
versions of AVPRP -- it means, that they will be free for you.
